The clients love their radiant heated floors. The expansion created larger rooms and a better layout. The master bedroom was transferred from the front to the rear of the home, providing privacy and its own bath. The clients wanted a better layout in their kitchen, particularly for baking. The farmstyle cabinetry was customized to adjust to client’s comfort. As the kitchen space was shifted to the back of the house a spacious and open dining room was created. The kitchen became an enjoyable place to entertain.
