It was a cute, craftsman home with under utilized potential. The redesign opened up spaces to create better flow and used architectural accents to further define the rooms. The new layout created an entertainment and sitting room loaded with south facing light. Tucked off in a corner are a secluded bedroom, office and bathroom for guests. Phase two of the remodeling started on the upstairs level. It involved modifying the existing dormer and adding a shed dormer to the other side. The addition and modification of the dormers added light and space to the bathroom and master bedroom. A dressing area provided a quiet place to prepare for work without waking their spouse.
