Bozeman Public Library, in Bozeman, Montana:Capturing delightful views into the sprucefilled landscape of the nearby Park on the east, the main two-level library space creates a dynamic space that fosters introspection and community. The project achieved a LEED Silver level certification. Sustainable strategies used make this one of the most environmentally sensitive projects in Montana. The project size is 52,000 square feet. Vanessa Vanbeusekom was the Project Manager of this project while she worked with another firm. She was the chair of the art committee for commissioning of the children’s entrance artist piece, freestanding sculpture, and the hanging sculpture that she coordinated with the different artists.
